Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Oro Jewels box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
